Take Control blackscreen (MAC) fix:
System Preferences>privacy and security>> then click the + icon in the following tabs
For each tab, after hitting the + icon, navigate to "./downloads/Mac Support/'remote support applet.exe'"
Accessibility - accessibility is for mouse/keyboard input
Screen Recording (or "screen recording and audio recording") - Screen recording is for video output
Full disk access - to avoid entering credentials in mac which can be weird
Changing these preferences manually will restart the session for each toggle.
