Take Control (MAC) - Agent is connected, but cannot interact with the target machine.

- Accessibility - accessibility is for mouse/keyboard input
Click the "+" icon, and navigate to "/downloads/Mac Support/'remote support applet.exe'" to apply permissions to the Take Control applet:
- Screen Recording (or "screen recording and audio recording") - Screen recording is for video output
Click the "+" icon, and navigate to "/downloads/Mac Support/'remote support applet.exe'" to apply permissions to the Take Control applet:
- Full disk access - to avoid entering credentials in mac which can be weird
Click the "+" icon, and navigate to "/downloads/Mac Support/'remote support applet.exe'" to apply permissions to the Take Control applet:
Changing these preferences manually will reload the remote session for each toggle.
